The 313@somerset Training & Career Centre aims to provide retail Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) training and skills upgrading so that retail staff can deliver superior service standards.
Lend Lease Retail Singapore has received the accreditation of Approved Training Organisation (ATO) status by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). This is the first time that globally, Lend Lease Retail has received the status of an ‘Accredited/ Approved Training Organisation’ and it is also a first for a Retail Mall in Singapore.
The 313@somerset Training & Career Centre will offer accredited competency based training programs that are designed to provide skills specific to retailing, with the aim to setting a new benchmark for the retail service in Singapore.
