- The training program is part of our commitment to Singapore’s retail industry and it is completely free-of-charge.
- 5. What are the entry requirements for the training courses?
- There are no specific requirements needed to register for our training courses. However, all the training will be conducted in the English language and you would need to have a good understanding of this language. However, our trainers are bilingual and they can also speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay and Bahasa.
- 6. What certification will I receive upon completing the training courses?
- A Statement of Attainment (SOA) certificate by the Singapore Workforce Development Authority (WDA) will be awarded to trainees upon completion of the courses.
- 7. Do I need to have work experiences in the retail industry to attend this training?
- The training courses are open to everyone who is interested to pursue a career in the retail industry, regardless of the current or previous work status and experience.
- 8. How do I apply for the job positions advertised on the website?
- You can apply online for the job positions via the link which will direct you to the retailer contact details.
- 9. How can I cancel my registration booking for a training date?
- You can notify us for any registration cancellation by phone or email at least 3 days prior to the course date.

- On your first day of training, you will need to provide your identification papers for verification purposes.
