Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service programmes
- Liaison with Centre personnel, artists and entertainers
- Work with marketing team to deliver Centre Marketing Plan and concierge programme
- Management of Feedback systems
- Retailer Communications and assist with database management
- Maintain stakeholder relationships: internal, external, retailers and owners
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O” levels or related field
- Strong local knowledge in tourism and Singapore services
- Must be flexible and able to work on weekends, nights and roster
- Creative, energetic, social, confident and results orientated
- Excellent communication skills – including relationship building
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platform and internet
